A custom-built training programme to develop well-rounded Salesforce pros.
Your Salesforce Apprentice will achieve the Salesforce Certified Administrator certification and at least one other Salesforce credential (Platform App Builder, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, etc) alongside their Business Analyst Apprenticeship. This will help them to hone their professional BA skills and soft skills.

Develop the knowledge and skills to gather, qualify and document the business requirements of your customers or users. Courses include:

Develop the knowledge and skills to translate business requirements into a technical solution incorporating SFDC (SalesForceDotCom) and other IT Architecture. Courses include:

Develop the knowledge and skills to configure and build custom designed Salesforce and associated applications and architectures. Courses include:

Develop the knowledge and skills to conduct systems and User Acceptance Testing, data migrations and coordinate deployments. Courses include:

Throughout their learning journey, apprentices produce a series of projects. These are work related projects that are assessed and which form part of their final portfolio. Each project is set by line managers and is developed over a period of 3 months with the support of one of our Salesforce Skills Coaches.
