About this apprenticeship

The LDN HR Support Lvl 3 is designed for anyone wanting to start their careers in HR and people practice or perhaps those who are in a new people practice role and who wish to develop further skills in the area. The programme is designed to provide apprentices with real-world scenarios, case studies and knowledge that mirror the challenges faced by HR professionals daily.

LDN HR Support Apprentices will dive into the exciting and ever-evolving world of Human Resources, where every day presents new challenges and opportunities. From People Policies to Data Analysis, HR Systems to Markets and Sectors, this comprehensive programme covers it all, equipping apprentices with the skills to thrive in any HR environment.

Successful apprentices may be eligible to apply for Associate membership of the
Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

Programme Details

Content: Bespoke learning content available on demand through our award-winning learning management system. Further learning takes place through online live sessions and one-to-one coaching. Learners also benefit from the support of our community of apprentices.

Off-the-job Learning: A minimum of 6 hours of contracted hours to be spent on off-the-job learning activities

Duration: 15-month programme
(12 months training, 3 month end point assessment)

Throughout each apprenticeship, apprentices produce a series of projects. These are work related projects that are assessed and which form part of their final portfolio. Projects are set by line managers and each project is developed over a period of three months with the support of our HR Support Skills Coach.
