About this apprenticeship
The LDN Level 5 People Professional is designed to cultivate the skills required for HR leadership. The course covers Employment Legislation and Policy Essentials, Change and Culture Management, and even an Introduction to Generative AI! Apprentices undertaking the programme will gain mastery over the intricacies of human resources management.
LDN People Professional Apprentices will learn how to align HR strategies with organisational goals and become an indispensable asset in driving business success. They will help to elevate their decision-making prowess and contribute to shaping the future of organisations whilst gaining the CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management qualification.
Programme Details
Content: Bespoke learning content available on demand through our award-winning learning management system. Further learning takes place through online live sessions and one-to-one coaching. Learners also benefit from the support of our community of apprentices.
Off-the-job Learning: A minimum of 6 hours of contracted hours to be spent on off-the-job learning activities
Duration: 20-month programme
(15 months training, 5 month end point assessment)

- CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management

Assessment Method One: Presentation and questioning
Assessment Method Two - Professional discussion underpinned by a portfolio of evidence

Throughout each apprenticeship, apprentices produce a series of projects. These are work related projects that are assessed and which form part of their final portfolio. Projects are set by line managers and each project is developed over a period of three months with the support of our People Professional Skills Coach.
