About this apprenticeship
The LDN Level 7 Senior People Professional programme is meticulously crafted to hone strategic HR leadership skills to perfection. Apprentices will gain the expertise to guide organisations through transformative change, cultivate high-performance cultures, and make strategic decisions that redefine the very fabric of HR excellence.
Our Level 7 programme empowers apprentices to challenge the status quo, implement cutting-edge HR technologies, and drive a programme of organisational change initiatives as well as become the driving force behind future-focused HR strategies that propel organisations into new dimensions of success.
Successful apprentices may be eligible to apply for Associate membership of the
Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
Programme Details
Duration: 24-month programme
(20 months training, 4 month end point assessment)

- Level 7 Senior People Professional
End Point Assessment:
Assessment Method One: Professional discussion underpinned by a portfolio of evidence
Assessment Method Two - Project proposal, presentation and questioning
Content: Bespoke learning content available on demand through our award-winning learning management system. Further learning takes place through online live sessions and one-to-one coaching. Learners also benefit from the support of our community of apprentices.
Off-the-job Learning: A minimum of 6 hours of contracted hours to be spent on off-the-job learning activities

Throughout each apprenticeship, apprentices produce a series of projects. These are work related projects that are assessed and which form part of their final portfolio. Projects are set by line managers and each project is developed over a period of three months with the support of our Senior People Professional Skills Coach.
