About this apprenticeship

The content of the apprenticeship has been designed for people who want to develop their productivity in the 21st Century workplace. Apprentices will benefit from a range of high quality online learning modules, with topics including mastering office applications in the cloud, to working remotely and everything in between.

Programme Details

Typical job titles: Sales Support, Sales Administrator, Office Administrator, Project Assistant, Accounts Administrator

Qualification: Level 3 Business Administrator

Duration: 15 months

Off-the-job Learning: A minimum of 6 hours of contracted hours to be spent on off-the-job learning activities.

Content: Delivered through digital learning workshops and one-to-one coaching. Individualised and on demand learning content is provided through our award winning learning management system. Peer support from our community of apprentices

End Point Assessment: Knowledge exam, project and presentation and portfolio based interview
