Off-the-job learning

Every apprentice is required to spend six hours of the contracted working time learning and developing their knowledge, skills and behaviours. We know that the six hours off-the-job learning rule can be a bit confusing, so we have created a handy guide to explain what off-the-job learning means for apprentices.
