About this apprenticeship

Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Apprentices learn to act as the social conscience for your organisation, helping you to innovate and drive your ambitions for social and environmental change.

Course Content is aligned to the Institute of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Competency Framework and Apprentices receive free membership to the ICRS for the duration of the apprenticeship. Membership entitles apprentices to all the benefits of being a member including events, resources, and an online community of aspiring CR&S professionals.

Upon completion of the apprenticeship, apprentices can continue their membership of the ICRS and can apply to become Fellows once they have at least five years of experience.

Qualification: Level 4 Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability (CR&S) Practitioner

Off-the-job Learning: A minimum of 6 hours of contracted hours to be spent on off-the-job learning activities

Duration: 20 months

Content: Bespoke learning content available on demand through our award-winning learning management system. Further learning takes place through online live sessions and one-to-one coaching. Learners also benefit from the support of our community of apprentices.

End Point Assessment: Portfolio of evidence and professional discussion, Work-based project, presentation and Q&A.
