Launching in Spring 2026, the SWR Sustainability Programme will bring together a community of colleagues from across the business who share a passion for sustainability and a role in driving meaningful change and impact.

LDN Apprenticeships is a B Corp-certified training provider highly rated under Ofsted’s latest framework and has a proven track record in launching impactful sustainability academies across a range of sectors. Participants in the SWR Sustainability Programme will learn alongside industry peers, benefitting from being part of a vibrant network of change-makers within South Western Railway.

We’re delighted to be working in partnership with South Western Railway, hosting a series of Insight Sessions to share more details of the programme.
