Introducing the
Digital Learning Designer Apprenticeship
with LDN Apprenticeships
From autumn 2026, DWP colleagues will have the opportunity to join the Digital Learning Designer apprenticeship, building the skills, confidence and professional recognition to create, improve and support impactful digital learning across the Department for Work and Pensions.
The programme will help participants build recognised expertise in designing engaging, accessible and impactful learning experiences for DWP.
Delivered in partnership with LDN Apprenticeships, the Level 5 Digital Learning Designer Apprenticeship is funded through the Growth and Skills Levy. Through live online workshops, on-demand learning, one-to-one coaching, expert masterclasses and workplace projects, participants will apply their learning directly to real DWP priorities.
We’re delighted to be working in partnership with DWP to host a series of Insight Sessions, where colleagues can find out more about the programme, the time commitment, the support available and how to apply.
Learners on the programme will also receive free Associate Certified Membership of the Association for Learning Technology
The Insight Sessions will cover…
-

The learning programme, and how it delivers sustainable impact
-

Course structure, content and timelines
-

The support you’ll receive as a cohort member
-
