Build sustainable digital learning capability within your council, strengthening your in-house digital learning expertise and supporting workforce development, service transformation and scalable staff training across your organisation.

Councils are being asked to deliver training and workforce development more efficiently, yet many teams are managing increasing demand with limited internal capacity. Reliance on external providers, stretched resources and growing digital learning requirements are common challenges.

The Digital Learning Designer apprenticeship helps councils build the in-house capability needed to create engaging, scalable digital learning without increasing external spend.

We’re now enrolling employees at local authorities onto the upcoming intake of the Digital Learning Designer programme. Learners will join alongside other Digital Learning Designers from a range of sectors, while also starting alongside fellow council colleagues from across the country.

This gives learners the benefit of both wider cross-sector collaboration and the support of peers who understand the unique challenges facing local government teams.
