Developing leaders who balance performance, people and purpose

The LDN Responsible Leadership Academy equips current and aspiring leaders with the practical knowledge, tools and confidence they need to lead responsibly, make ethical decisions and deliver positive organisational, social and environmental impact.

Today’s leaders are expected to navigate complexity, manage change, engage diverse stakeholders and make decisions that create value beyond short-term performance. The LDN Responsible Leadership Academy has been designed to help organisations develop leaders who can respond to these challenges with confidence, integrity and impact.

With the Level 4 Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability Practitioner apprenticeship at its core, the Academy provides a levy-funded route to developing responsible leadership capability across your organisation. The programme brings together leadership and management skills with sustainability, social value, stakeholder engagement, data-driven decision-making and ESG principles.
